Yes, Due to government mandated rules. Our Downtown location is open for Curbside shoe Pick up & Drop-off ONLY.

Curbside shopping pick up is also available, our curbside pick up is located right outside our building at 384 Yonge Street (Shops at Aura) We have a curbside sign. Please stop there and call tel:416.979.1178 and a Sneaker Care Technician will come to your car to further assist you.

We do apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.  We are following government mandated rules to keep everyone safe and lower the spread of COVID-19.

We recommend calling beforehand, or sending us an email or DM. Our team will try their best to reply as promptly as possible during our business hours. This communication will help make sure your experience is as close to perfect as possible.

Please do not come down to our store, we will not be able to offer you service. We can only serve you at our Curbside sign on the street.

If you live close to our store you can come pick up using our CURBSIDE Pick-up.

Place an order normally on our site and then at checkout CURBSIDE PICK UP in the shipping options.

CURBSIDE Pick-up orders placed before 2pm EST Mon-Fri are normally eligible for same day pick-up. Orders placed after 2pm EST may begin processing on the following business day. 

Once the order is placed, please wait to receive a "your order is ready for pick up" email or text message before coming to our location. Due to demand your order may be backlogged a few hours and we do not want you to be forced to wait. 

Right now Sole is working towards following the restrictions our government has told us to follow. We are very serious about the safety of our staff during these times. 

1. Keeping distance between staff

2. Masks given out to each staff member and are mandatory to wear while working

3. Clean down of stations after every shift

4. Hand sanitizer stations put in all areas

5. Shut down front desk to only do curbside pickup and drop off

6. Sending staff home that feel or show any symptoms of being sick

7. Anyone that can work from home has been given a work station to work from home safely.

Shipping

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $65 shipping within Canada.

Our system automatically sends you an e-mail containing the tracking information as soon as your order is being prepared for shipment. Check your tracking link often for updates on the location of your package as well as the estimated delivery date.

SOLE ships across Canada & the United States. To put your mind at ease, all packages are provided a tracking number.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival date of your order.

Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1-2) business day after your order has been shipped.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Canada

Sales taxes will be charged at the applicable federal and provincial rates of the province to which the order is being shipped. You will not be subject to any duties upon delivery.

USA and International

Sole is not responsible for any duties or taxes.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take approx 3-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Note we do have Express shipping options aswell for faster delivery.

We use Canada Post for all our shipping needs.

It's as simple as visiting one of our stores and selecting one or more of the services that we provide. You will then be given a date, whereupon your item(s) will be made ready for pickup.

Our facility is completely secure and you should have no concerns about the safety of your items. All items and their details are logged in our system to ensure that they are properly serviced and returned to you, the owner, in a timely manner.

No. Our experts use only the best materials and paint when caring for your footwear. These products have been tested against numerous fabrics and are absolutely safe for use.

Online Orders

Usually when something like this happens it entirely has to do with the use of an incorrect Billing Address. The Billing Address has to be the Billing Address associated with the card. If you put an incorrect Billing Address, as a fraud protection, it will say pending or processing on your account. We personally do not have your funds as this is a bank measure to stop fraudulent orders. It will go back in a few days. If not contact your bank about the discrepancy.

To cancel an order it is best to call us during working hours, 12-6PM EST Tuesday-Sunday, and get it before we ship it out. An email will work but your order may get shipped out before we can get to it.

If you find that there was an error with your order, please e-mail us immediately regarding the issue.

Yes, please contact us right away and we will try to contact you to add to your order before it gets shipped out.

Once orders are shipped out we cannot add to it, you will need to make a new order.

We accept returns on most unopened/unused items within 5 days of delivery. We are unable to accept the following items for a return: Clothing.

Product F.A.Q


STEP 1

When cleaning suede, Begin by using a soft bristle brush to gently brush away any dirt or debris.


STEP 2

Depress the pump handle to apply your cleaner directly onto the suede. Apply enough product until almost the entire surface is covered.


STEP 3

Use soft bristle brush to work the shoe cleaner in circular motions using a minimum amount of force. Work quickly to prevent the product from dissipitating.


STEP 4

Wipe off the excess product using the provided microfiber towel. Continue to dry the rest of the suede as much as possible. Leave to dry for at least 24 hours.


STEP 5

After the suede has completely dried for at least 24 hours, the nap of the suede may be laying down and or feel slightly stiff. Using the same brush, brush the suede in a back and forth motion to loosen and raise the nap. If the nap of the suede is very long and stiff, you may receive better results loosening the nap using a Nubuck & Suede Set.

STEP 1

Ensure the leather surface is clean and dry to the touch.


STEP 2

Apply a small amount of Angelus Leather Preparer & Deglazer onto a rag, sponge, applicator pads, cotton balls, or Q-tips.

STEP 3

Wipe down the desired area and allow the product to completely dry. This will remove the factory paint/finish, leaving a clean surface that Angelus Paint will best adhere to. View our tutorial video HERE.

Although Leather Preparer and Acetone can both be used for the same purpose, Acetone has much stronger chemicals which can harm or burn leather due. Leather Preparer is a safer alternative which will not harm leather when applying.

When working on suede or nubuck, leather preparer is not needed nor recommended. Simply ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from debris.

Leather dyes have a lot of pigment and are really strong. Suede Dyes are lighter in pigment and use a slightly different formula to keep the suede soft. If you use Leather dye on Suede it will make the nap of the leather harder.

This is a matter of preference but we like with a paint brush or airbrush. The paintbrush will be ruined after application though.

The same way you prevent it from bleeding. You would brush it to get excess pigment off then seal with Angelus Shoe Polish or Water & Stain Repellent.

Acrylic Finisher is a clear top coat that can help protect the paint from minor scuffs and scratches. Using Acrylic Finisher is also a great way to add a nice sheen to your project. We carry 4 different Acrylic Finisher's which all offer a different amount of shine.

All the Acrylic Finishers contain a different shine to them. Matte contains the least amount of shine while the High Gloss contains the most. Order of shine is as follows - Matte, Satin, Regular then High Gloss.

Yes, all of our paints are formulated to be mixed very easily. This gives you full control to create thousands of color varieties on your own.

Recommended items include: Mixing Jars & Eye Droppers.
